When does TiroDesk open?
We're vetting our first group of workers and lining up our first businesses now. Register as a business or apply as a worker and we'll contact you as work opens up.
How are workers vetted?
Every worker uploads a CV, passes a skills test for each kind of work they want to do, and has their Omang checked before they're invited. They also sign a confidentiality agreement.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Ask for changes: two rounds are included. If you still can't agree, our team looks at the brief and the work and decides fairly. You can get a full or partial refund.
Is my business data safe?
Your files stay on TiroDesk. Only the worker on your job can open them, only while the job is active, and every access is logged. Files are deleted 90 days after the job closes.
Do workers become my employees?
No. Workers on TiroDesk are independent contractors. They choose their jobs and hours, and TiroDesk handles the payments.
How much does it cost to join as a worker?
Nothing. TiroDesk never charges workers to apply, test or join. We keep 10% of each job's price when you're paid. If anyone asks you to pay for a TiroDesk job, it isn't us.
