Applicant terms

These terms apply when you apply to work through TiroDesk, a service of Oceanbreeze Concepts (Pty) Ltd (reg. BW00005819590).

1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and legally able to work in Botswana. We will check your age against your Omang if you are invited.
2. Honest information. Your CV, profile and test answers must be your own and true. You must do skills tests yourself, without help from anyone else. False information or cheating ends your application.
3. One account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts will be closed.
4. No promise of work. Applying, passing a test or being on the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation or any work. We invite people in batches as client work becomes available.
5. Independent contractors. If you are invited, you will be asked to sign a separate contractor agreement before taking any job. Workers on TiroDesk are independent contractors, not employees of TiroDesk or of its clients.
6. Our decisions. We may accept, decline, suspend or close an application at our discretion. We'll tell you the outcome.
7. Privacy. We handle your data as described in our privacy notice.
8. Free to apply. TiroDesk never charges applicants to apply, take a test or join. Anyone asking you to pay for a TiroDesk job or training is not us; please report them to [email protected].
